He was the first Supervisor of the City of East Lansing when it was <a href=\"https:\/\/kevinforsyth.net\/ELMAC\/charter\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1283\">incorporated in 1907<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">After World War Two, this was the home of brothers Edward G. Hertel Jr (M.A.C.&nbsp;\u201939) and Crawford W.
